Castleisland Town Centre First Masterplan and Public Realm Plan
Kerry County Council is in the final stages of preparing the Castleisland Town Centre First Masterplan and Public Realm Plan. The Masterplan will set out a comprehensive vision for the future of the town centre, including the improvement of public spaces, better accessibility, and sustainable solutions for long-term development. Kerry County Council remains committed to the revitalisation of Castleisland, ensuring it thrives as both a local hub and a welcoming destination for visitors.
The development of the Masterplan will be carried out in close partnership with the Castleisland Town Team and the wider community to ensure that it aligns with the needs and goals of the local community.
Kerry County Council extends sincere thanks to all who have contributed to shaping the strategy through the public consultation process to-date.
The public consultation period is open until 25th November 2025.

Alternatively, send your comments to Town Regeneration Unit, Kerry County Council, County Buildings, Rathass, Tralee, Co. Kerry V92 H7VT.
