Tugtar fógra leis seo go bhfuil sé beartaithe ag Comhairle Contae Chiarraí leasú a dhéanamh ar Fhodhlíthe Trá Chomhairle Contae Chiarraí 2022 de réir Chuid 19 den Acht Rialtais Áitiúil 2001 agus na Rialachán um an Acht Rialtais Áitiúil 2001 (Fodhlíthe) 2006 chun soláthar seirbhísí sána agus gníomhaíochtaí tráchtála lena mbaineann ar thránna sonraithe i gContae Chiarraí a rialáil agus a rialú agus chun foráil a dhéanamh maidir le híocaíochtaí seasta a fhorchur de réir Alt 206 den Acht Rialtais Áitiúil 2001. Beidh na dréachtleasuithe ar fáil lena n-iniúchadh ag an bpobal, le linn gnáthuaireanta oibre, ó Dé Céadaoin, an 25 Márta go dtí Dé Luaine, an 27 Aibreán 2026 ag na háiteanna seo a leanas:

Is féidir aighneachtaí a dhéanamh, i scríbhinn, ach iad marcáilte go soiléir le Dréacht-Fhodhlíthe Trá Chomhairle Contae Chiarraí (Leasú) 2026, faoi 5.00 i.n Dé Máirt, an 5 Bealtaine 2026, mar seo a leanas:

Is féidir le Comhairle Contae Chiarraí an t-eolas seo a phróiseáil go dleathach de réir mar is gá chun bheith in oiriúint lena n-oibleagáidí reachtúla/dlíthiúla. Notice is hereby given that Kerry County Council proposes to amend the Kerry County Council Beach Bye-Laws 2022 in accordance with Part 19 of the Local Government Act
2001 and the Local Government Act 2001 (Bye-Laws) Regulations 2006 for the purposes of regulating and controlling the provision of sauna services and related commercial activities on specified beaches in County Kerry and providing for the imposition of fixed payments in accordance with Section 206 of the Local Government Act 2001. The draft amendments will be available for public inspection, during normal working hours, from Wednesday, 25th March to Monday, 27th April 2026 at the following locations:
• Environmental Services Department, Maine Street, Tralee, Co. Kerry
• Each Kerry County Council Municipal District Office
• Each Kerry County Council Branch Library
•And online through https://consult.kerrycoco.ie/en/browse and/or www.kerrycoco.ie
Alternatively, you may request a copy (free of charge) from environ@kerrycoco.ie or phone 066 7162000.
Written submissions are invited by Kerry County Council and will be taken into consideration by the council before the amendments are made and implemented. Submissions may be made, in writing, and clearly marked Draft Kerry County Council Beach (Amendment) Bye-Laws 2026, by 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 5th May 2026, as follows:
