Ailtiri Architects have been appointed by Kerry County Council to prepare an Architectural Masterplan for the former Neo Data site, Handball alley area, and Municipal District Depot site in Listowel. It is Kerry County Council’s vision to utilise and enhance the unique character and location of these areas to create an Outdoor Activity Hub, linked to Listowel town centre, and to the new Greenway Route and wider areas.
The primary aim of this project is to identify actions, build network of experiences, support tourism development, strengthen the local economy and community in the Listowel urban area through the provision of an Outdoor Activity Hub
