Kerry County Council have appointed the consultancy firm O’Connor Sutton Cronin to develop plans aimed at reinvigorating the historic town centre and laneways of Listowel. The project will focus on creating an attractive urban landscape, including enhancements to the outdoor performance, events, meeting, and dining spaces in the Square.
