This report summarises the issues raised in submissions, outlines the response of the Chief Executive, and recommendations in relation to the proposed material alteration to the draft local area plan.
Outcomes
A Section 51 Committee meeting was held on July 15th 2025.
A full meeting of Kerry County Council to discuss the Chief Executive’s Report was held on the 21st July 2025.
Proposed Variation No. 1 of the Kerry County Development Plan 2022-2028 was adopted at this meeting and shall have effect from the day that the variation is made.
