5. Record of Protected Structures

The Granada Convention was introduced in 1987 to protect Europe's Heritage and Ireland ratified the Convention in 1997; the RPS process being an instrument of the Convention. As the registered owner of a property adversely affected by a 2019 RPS process, I have grave concerns that a local authority can act outside of the principles on the Convention with the support of the Dept of Heritage.
