Re: Submission for the Draft Local Area Plan for Kenmare Municipal District

Dear Sir/Madam,   

I am making a submission on behalf of Stanley Walsh in connection with his property at Spunkane, Waterville, Co. Kerry. Attached is site location map showing his property. The property is zoned as R4 at present in the Waterville Local Area Plan. As the lands in question are located between two housing developments in the village of Waterville adjacent to all the services, school etc. Our submission would be to change the R4 zoning to R1 zoning.
