Land Re-Zoning Submission for Property at Sunhill, Killorglin, Co. Kerry.

I am contacting you to lodge a submission regarding Kerry County Council's decision not to re-zone, as residential, the above property in the most recent draft County Development Plan.
I am nominee acting on behalf of the registered landowners in the matter and wish to express my disappointment at the decision not to rezone the lands. Killorglin is an area which is presently suffering from a serious shortage of housing despite the fact that it is extremely well served with regard to infrastructure and amenities. Killorglin is a prime location for further development as it has the capacity to deal with same.
The land in question herein is in and ideal location, it being in very close proximity to the town centre. This would mean that any development on the lands would benefit from the fact that it is walking distance from all services such as schools and shops.
I would be obliged if you would please reconsider these lands for rezoning as residential.
