Exploit fully Moyvane and Knockanure’s close location to the Greenway between Listowel and Abbeyfeale investigating facilitation of linked sustainable tourism development. Investigate and support Agri- tourism potential. We request that sustainable tourism development linked to Listowel - Abbeyfeale Greenway is specifically mentioned in the Development Plan and that Kerry County Council provide as much guidance and assistance as possible in promoting such. We request that every effort is made to make the North Kerry region attractive to tourism and not just a place to pass through on the way to tourist attactions to the south of us. Specifically we request that every effort is made to exploit tourism potential in the North Kerry region considering our proximity to the 'Wild Atlantic Way' and the Tarbert-Killimer Ferry along that route, again requesting to update development plan to make specific mention of same.
