Firstly, the submission appeals for the service station to be included within the Tralee development boundary and be zoned as ‘Mixed Use (M3) – District/Neighbourhood Centre’ and secondly the submission also appeals for reference to 50m² net retail floor area at petrol stations to be revised and amended to 100m² as per the stated recommendation of the Retail Planning Guidelines, 2012.
