Proposal for water sports facilities at Kenmare pier

Refer to the attached submission which outlines the proposed amenities and potential benefits to the area which will enhance the town's tourism potential as well as adding a valuable amenity to the area which aligns with the county development plan objectives in the area of Adventure Tourism and Water Based Tourism. 

While the submission is written on behalf of development of facilities for a sailing club, these facilities could equally be used for many other sporting clubs in the area. We welcome an opportunity to present the benefits and outline the requirements that such a facility might include should it be deemed a suitable project to progress as part of the county development plans in the coming years.
