In order to revitalise Killarney as a prosperous, vibrant, attractive location in which to live, work, learn, KCC should build on the success of the annual Culture Night by actively promoting non drink related venues for cultural events e.g. exhibitions, concerts and illustrated talks in the evening in the town centre and promote a café culture. Some of these events could be subsidised to encourage engagement.
