Gerard Griffin wants to have the lands outlined on the attached maps at Rathass Tralee, re zoned as residential use
as he had developed housing on adjacent sites at Claslehane Meadows and Lee Drive. The services he has put in place on these developments
would cater for housing if allowed on the area of land he wishes to have rezoned. He has built a new bridge to access Clashlehane meadows which
would be used to access the lands we are looking to have rezoned.
